Her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to advancing PKD research left an indelible mark on the global community. As CEO of the PKD Charity and President of the PKD International Alliance, Tess tirelessly fostered collaborations, drove innovation, and championed international partnerships in pursuit of effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure for PKD.

Despite her personal battle with PKD, Tess remained resolute, undergoing a kidney transplant in 2020, a testament to her steadfast commitment to the cause.
